Mill Creek–based doughnut maker, FROST, has been alluding to a Seattle location for maybe five years (and doughnut fans in the 206 have been clamoring for one just as long). At last, it’s a done deal. FROST will open its fourth outpost this summer in Amazon’s Bigfoot building at Ninth and Mercer.

Frost had a good June.The Mill Creek business billed as a dessert lounge opened a second location in downtown Everett. And the company started selling its doughnuts and pastries at one of the cafes at Amazon in downtown Seattle.

FROST teamed up with our friends at Scuttlebutt Brewery to evolve our Chocolate Cake doughnut into The Chocolate Porter. We decorated the rich chocolate ring with a swirl of Bacon Buttercream.
